What is your minimum quantity?
Minimums start as low as 1 item depending on the item.
For example you can order 1 banner and T-Shirts start at 10.
Will I have to pay up front?
Yes. You can pay with any major credit card, apple pay, or PayPal.
All design work must be paid in full before designs are created.
All orders must be paid in full prior to beginning production.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Absolutely. The more you order, the better the pricing. We’ll break it down clearly when quoting your project.
Is artwork included in my quote?
Artwork is quoted separately and payment is required before design work begins.
Can I use my own design?
Yes! Send us your file and we will check to make sure it is ready for print. Art fees may apply to make art file print ready.
What file types do you accept?
Vector files like .ai .eps and hi-res .pdf are best. We also accept .png and .psd if needed.
Don't have one of these files? We can convert any file! (artwork fee may apply)
Is folding and bagging included?
Shirts, Hoodies, tank tops come folded and bagged by size.
Can I skip folding/bagging to save money?
Upon your request we can provide your order not folded and bagged by size, but we don't offer any discount to do so.
What is your standard turn around time?
Most custom printed orders are ready to ship in 14-21 business days after final art approval and payment. Production times can vary if you have a dead line please check with us before placing your order.
What happens if there's a delay with my order?
We work hard to hit every deadline, but in rare cases, supply chain issues, or equipment surprises can cause delays. If that happens, we'll let you know right away and do everything we can to keep things on track.
Do you ship nationwide? What about local pickup?
We sure do! If you are local you can arrange for local pickup.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We can not offer a refund on any custom orders. If you have any issues with your order please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
