SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Who pays for shipping?

    The customer is responsible for all shipping unless agreed upon in writing before the order was paid.

    All shipping must be paid 100% in full before orders will ship.

    Some customers may be invoiced for shipping after the order is printed for the exact shipping price.

    Zero part of shipping is refundable, with no exceptions.

  • Who pays for shipping from customer store orders?

    Individual customers who order from the customer stores will pay for shipping on their own order.

  • Who do you ship with?

    We may use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to find you the best rates. 

  • When do you ship?

    As soon as an order is printed and bagged we ship it out if shipping has been paid in full. If we need a quote for shipping we will get that once the order is printed and send an invoice for shipping. As soon as the invoice is paid we will ship it out as quickly as we can.
